Moria Elea Deluxe's production begins with growing and harvesting, followed by milling, storing and standardisation. According to soil, water and leaf analysis and with the guidance of experts, Moria Elea Deluxe team implements the best methods of growing and hand-picking harvesting methods where the fruit is put into specialized plastic containers which allow the air to keep the fruit fresh at an acceptable temperature.
The olive oil is produced with cold extraction at the oil press every 4 hours. The olive oil is stored in stainless steel containers at a constant temperature of 15°C and filling nitrogen. The final product is standardised by trained and certified personnel in a state of the art packaging and storing facility. In depth analysis reports are produced for each variety and batch (Quality, Authenticity, Contamination) together with Organoleptic Assesment by a certified olive oil taste panel.
For Moria Elea Deluxe the standard of ISO 22000:2005 (GR/067/ 2011-2) is followed as its facilities are certified and approved by the Greek government (EL 40 273).
